Probate is Difficult – I Can Help

Broker Associate | Probate • Trust • Conservatorship Real Estate Guidance

Martie Garcia helps Baby Boomers, seniors, conservators, executors, trustees, and families throughout Orange County navigate real estate decisions involving probate, trusts, conservatorship real estate, inherited property, downsizing, and relocation.

Families facing conservatorship, probate, or trust matters are often dealing with much more than a property. That is why Martie believes they often need more than a traditional real estate agent—they need an experienced advocate and resource who understands the bigger picture.

Martie brings more than a decade of real estate experience, along with more than 40 years as a Registered Nurse, now retired, including approximately 25 years in hospice care. This combination gives her a unique understanding of both the real estate process and the personal challenges families may face when a loved one is aging, experiencing dementia or cognitive decline, becoming incapacitated, or living in a care setting.

For probate, trust, and conservatorship properties, Martie helps coordinate the real estate side of the process, including property evaluation, a Probate Comparable Market Analysis (P-CMA) when appropriate, preparing the home for sale, estate-sale and clean-out resources, repairs, insurance considerations, property check-ins, and vendor coordination for families who live out of the area.
